Gymba - Walking while standing

The Gymba Active Board ensures more movement in the workplace and thus improves health! Using the Gymba Board is very easy and can be done almost anywhere. With the curve facing upwards it acts as a small footrest - turned over it unfolds its potential. The curve cushions the user's body weight. The ribbed design makes the board flexible and the feet can move on it as if they were walking - while you can carry on working as normal. This stimulates blood circulation and makes work in the office much more dynamic. Are you new to Gymba? Start with small training units and increase gradually. The unfamiliar movements can sometimes lead to sore muscles in the feet, legs and back. Two massage balls are included in the delivery: they can simply be put on the board and offer even more variety for the feet, a great incentive to move, and the opportunity to gently massage the feet. For use with and without shoes!
The Gymba is made of ecological composite material: This is a mixture of 30% wood fibers and 70% polypropylene. This combination of materials gives the Gymba both stability and flexibility. BUT: The composite material made of natural and plastic cannot be colored as evenly as 100% pure plastic. Therefore, the Gymba sometimes has different shades or an irregular surface. This is a sign of the unique material the Gymba is made of and does not affect its function!
